I have only been recieving .15mbs upload speed for the past month and have been waiting for it to return to normal, but to no avail. Is there a reason I am getting .15 mbs instead of .7mbs like I have been paying for? Live in LaSalle by the way

That's quite the drop in upload! There are several reasons this could be occurring. Usage on the network, inside or outside the home, it could also be an equipment issue or even a problem with the signal or service itself. As usual I would recommend some basic trouble shooting, power cycle the modem, restart the computer. You may also need to power cycle any 3rd party equipment you have. If that all fails or if you've tried that already you next step will be to contact our technical support group. If the trouble has been ongoing for this long there is certainly something going on and we'd be happy to help you get this figured out.
