I guess this is why I'll be getting an iPhone or a Nexus next time around... 4 months after the initial roll-out by ROBELUS and MTS still has no update or even a time frame for one...

Just FYI...I dont believe that Rogers has rolled it out yet either. A buddy of mine recently got an s6 with Rogers, and The rep he dealt with told him that Marshmallow should be rolled out within the next couple weeks.

Keep in mind each wireless carrier has their own backend is possible the combination of the funky S6 needed for Verizon's network and enflcited on all of North America is incompatible with the shared Rogers and MTS network when running Marshmallow.

That might be true but the Samsung S6 Edge+ has received the updated where the S6 and S6 Edge have not.  The difference between the Edge and Edge+ are very minimal and the only difference is the Edge+ is compatible with more 3G and 4G networks then the Edge.  This shouldn't really warrant a delay this bad with the Android OS update.

Fresh report the Rogers has started the rollout of Marshmallow for the S6 and S6 Edge.

The thought has been with Rogers and MTS being network partners the Rogers date would likely be close to the MTS one.
