finding it really difficult to use the "My Bundle" feature online... the prices just don't match what I am paying? For example I am paying $67 for LIghtening 25 yet the "MyBundle" screen indicates it's $72. I am trying to find a way to reduce my overall costs and the "MyBundle" makes it difficult to understand... and don't even get me started on trying to figure out the "Total Internet" LOL :-) Do I need to drop my landline of $49 and upgrade my cellphone plan?

Also.... by switching to Total Internet would I save on my TV portion of my bill... Here is what I see online... "Bonus offer for MTS Ultimate TV® customers: Receive a special bonus of two additional wired set-top box rentals and PVR service free – as long as you are on Total Internet. A value of up to $12.00 a month." for which I am currently paying $15 a month for?

My experience was Total Internet works best if you have two more more wireless lines, no landline and no tv.
In terms of reducing costs I would suggest figuring out if you can drop from Lighting25 to Lighting10 and looking at which channels you can drop.

well according to their online questionnaire they of course recommend I get Total... I only have basic cable and 2 groups for $68 and do want to have decent speed regarding the internet.

Looking over Internet pricing on the website I see that there was a price increase on the plans that are available to me (Lightning 10, Lightning 25, and Lightning 50).

I didn't see anything on https://www3.mts.ca/mts/support/service+bulletins as they will a lot of times put a notice there of upcoming increases.

They should have put a notice on your bill. My August bill had it at the top of page two in the news section.
