Fibre upgrade internet less reliable speed wise

Today MTS upgraded my copper connection for phone and internet to Fibre. The installer had an issue with his splice on the end of the fibre in the house. I have done several speed tests to various locations including down to Chicago. When I was on copper connection I hit 25Mbps a vast majority of the time.

Since the fibre conversion these are the speeds I am seeing.

That's definitely not what you'd expect! Can you email your info to community@mts.ca and either CJ or I will have a look?  I'm jealous of your fibre capability though :)
