Feedback regarding billing system

Just some feedback I have regarding the billing system. It appears I only get 14 days to pay my bill by time I get the invoice. My online bill showed up today February 16 and is due March 1st. There should be more days like 20 or 21 this would give your customers more time to pay the bills as some people don't get paid till the 1st of the month and then will be late if they pay on the first. Just some thought on invoicing. Thanks!

Thanks for the input everyone.  Changing the bill date is possible, however we only do it in extreme cases.  We have a few different systems in play that result in a single bill for all your services, so a bill date change can be a complicated and confusing process.  

I'll pass on your suggestion to the billing/payments area for consideration, Gordon.  Glad to hear you are subscribed to online bill.  Team trees!!
