Hi Arkay,

spectum planning and utilization are pretty involved topics, the distribution of spectrum to a specific network is dependent on a large number of factors, a few of them include:

- spectrum availability
- how many networks are in operation at any one time
- the load on each of those networks, per area
- handset capabilities
- Network equipment capabilities

We have a plan for every piece of spectrum on a yearly basis stretching far into the future, and as soon as it is feasible to deploy a certain technology it happens. Low band LTE has been widely deployed outside of Winnipeg and the coming year will have further changes to our network configuration. I can't expand on that due to competitive reasons, but we are as eager to deploy these technologies as our customers are to experience them, maybe even more so ;)

Have a good Christmas!
