empty inbox

My MTS inbox appears empty. I'm supposed to get a call back from MTS technicians later in the day.  Most of my lost messages are first contacts from new customers.  It's critical that I not lose any messages.  Please give me some assurance that MTS has redundant servers and all emails can be restored.

Hi Jerry,
If the emails were lost due to server issues then we have always been able to recover them in the past.  The only instance we have ever encountered that we were not able to recover emails is if they were deleted or lost due to mail client activity.  Basically what this means is if an email program such as Outlook or Windows Live mail either downloaded or deleted the messages then they cannot be recovered.  If there was an error on the server or anything like that then we have always been able to recover them.  If you are awaiting a call from a technical support rep they will be able to escalate this issue for you (if that hasn't already been done) and have the cause and solution determined.

The escalation form has been submitted.  I've been told I can expect a return call between 24 and 48 hours.  I'm hoping the response can be faster than that.
