Emails from Kijiji???

So I haven't got any emails from Kijiji to my MTS email address for ages in response to my automatic searches that I have set up on Kijiji. I just found this note on their site. What is MTS doing to resolve the issue and when will it be fixed?

Not that I can tell it's fixed. My wife went onto Kijiji today (Wednesday) and replied to a item for sale ad that I have on there and it hasn't appeared in my MTS inbox yet:(

Come on MTS, please get this fixed.

Curlermon, have you spoken to technical support yet? They can be reached via phone, Twitter, Facebook and Web Chat, it sounds like it should be working at this point, so maybe there are some settings that need to be changed.  The contact us links are all here: https://www3.mts.ca/mts/contact+us

Yes Tennille, I spoke to "technical support" BEFORE I posted the original query. They said "we're aware of the problem". Should I assume that they also monitor this forum, especially as you sent them the screen shot? Still no emails in my MTS mailbox from Kijiji users yet.

I'm glad you spoke to them, but I'm not happy that your issue isn't fixed yet.  Technical Support doesn't specifically monitor the forum, that is my job. :)  I sent your screenshot to a different department outside of technical support.  We're working on why this isn't happening to all Manitoba Kijiji users and just some of them.

Same thing happening to me.  If I change my account to a non-mts email then I get replies but my mts mail account receives no replies.  I replied to my own ad and never received my reply.

Hi Curt, thanks for replying. Hopefully the more complaints they get, MTS will pull it's finger out and get this fixed. But thankfully Tennille seems to hounding the geeks to fix it. Don't expect this to be fixed soon though, it's been about a week and a half for me and still no result! Really annoys me, as I have items I want to post on Kijiji for sale, bummer. I don't want to get another email address just for Kijiji.
