I have created three draft email and the folder shows three. However, when I go to access them, it doesn't show any of the drafts and the delete option is not available.

Hi Tom,
Are you saving this draft directly at the mtsmail website?  What steps are you specifically taking to save these messages to the drafts?  If there are no drafts saved there would be no delete option as there is nothing to delete.  I just tested it out with a few accounts here and it seems to be working so it could be something with your account specifically that is having issues, which would require a call in to tech support to address and resolve.

I am saving drafts when in the email client. Example: start new message, save draft, shows in Draft Folder, but when I click on Draft Folder there is nothing there and the Delete option is grey.

Any saving or email management of that type that is done within a mail client is managed by the mail client itself usually.  What I would suggest is check on the mtsmail.ca website directly, see if the messages are saved in the drafts folder there.  If they are then it likely just takes time for them to sync back with your mail client (assuming your are setup using IMAP).  IMAP syncs at times intervals.
If you login to the mtsmail website and they are not being saved there either, then it could be an issue with your mail client specifically.  It could be a setting or it could just be the way the client works.  Specific details like that would need to be discussed with out tech group either over the phone or through chat.
