Has anyone else found that the MTS email service is not delivering incoming mail from the Winnipeg Jets? I receive a lot of mail from the Jets, usually from "email@example.com". Most of the incoming mail gets through to the mymts mailbox, but over the last few months a couple of extremely important emails have not come to me. The Jets claim that it must be my spam filters because the email was sent. I have combed through my spam box, my trash, my junk mail, and everything else and I did not receive the emails. In fact, I had previously put firstname.lastname@example.org into my safe senders list. I finally got the Jets to start sending my email to a gmail account. The first note that came from them went into the gmail spam box. It was automatically flagged by Gmail as spam, since I don't have any filters set up on that account. I'm thinking that maybe the spam filtering service that MTS uses is flagging this stuff as spam, similar to what gmail did.
