duplicate emails

I keep getting two copies of each email.  What can I do to fix this?

Hi Tom,
There are several different ways you can access your email, also several different ways it can be configured.  So as you can imagine there is also several different reasons this could be occurring. If you access your email through a mail client such as Outlook or Windows Live Mail, there could be a configuration issue within the mail client, there could even be multiple accounts configured.  If you access your email directly from the Outlook.com website then there could be a server issue, or possibly a mail rule or forwarding setup causing the problem.  Discovering exactly which is causing the issue will certainly require some fact finding and investigation.  I highly recommend speaking to our technical support group by calling 204-225-5687 or via webchat at www.mts.ca/support.  You can also verify your mail settings yourself if you like, information on the configuration and setup can be found by clicking HERE.  Simply select the mail program you use and it will walk you through a setup and configuration.
