Down to 3G from LTE in Libau

In the last 2 months I have experienced a significant decrease in data speeds and cell coverage at my home near Libau. I used to consistently get LTE and now only sometimes get LTE...mostly 3G and it doesn't keep up. Is this because of the switch to Bell MTS? When is this going to be resolved? Strangely, my husband and kids are on a residential MTS plan and are not experiencing difficulties. I am on a commercial plan and all the phones in our company have experienced decreased speeds and dropped calls since May. Is there an explanation for this?

It's somewhat odd you are dropping to 3G as only Rogers and Fido have 3G in MB now. Bell, Bell MTS and Telus lost that when the network sharing agreement was updated for the takeover.

You're thinking 2G. 3G is HSPA...although most phones will show HSPA as 4G.

Hi Carolyn,
That is a very odd issue, one thing I can say though, if other devices with the same carrier (Bell MTS) in the same area are working then it's likely not a network issue.  It could be a problem with the devices, their provisioning or the account itself.  Have you had a chance to speak to our Technical Support group?  They can look into these details and see if there is anything off that may be causing the problem.
