I have the My Plan from MTS and I was wondering, My family is currently in Poland and they wanted to be able to call me. Will that put extra cost on my phone bill? is it considered long distance charges if I'm receiving the call and not making it?

Hi Arielle,
If you receive an international call on your wireless device you will not be charged for long-distance fees. Whoever makes the call to an area outside of their service area gets long-distance charges on their next wireless phone bill. The daytime minutes you currently have on your MyPlan will be used up though, and if you go over that limit, you will be charged for that.

Peak minutes are during the hours of 7AM-6PM Mon-Fri

Hope this helps!
