I'm asking on someones behalf. She was charged an extra $95 for going over her day time mins which she never does she makes most of her calls after 6, her question that she asked me was does she get charged for incoming and out going or one or the other? TIA
Charges of incoming and/or outgoing calling is determined by the plan you are on. If you could have her email her cell phone or account # to Community@mts.ca I can have someone from Sales & Service take a look at that for her. I can either respond via email or have someone give her a call - see if she has a preference.
As a general rule if you have a limited number of daytime minutes your pool is charged regardless of the call being incoming or outgoing with some of those minutes included (aka free) in your monthly plan. Some older plans used to specifically listed "200 daytime minutes with unlimited incoming" meaning you had 200 outgoing daytime minutes and no charges on incoming calls.
