"Disconnecting Your Service
To disconnect your Bell MTS services for any reason you must call 204-225-5687 or toll free outside Manitoba at 1-800-883-2054. As you are a valued customer, we would really like to speak with you prior to your disconnection to ensure that you have all the information needed to make your final decision.
Service cannot be cancelled via e-mail, web chat, social media or at a Bell MTS store.Once you have called us, a customer service representative will advise you to drop off rented TV and/or internet equipment at any of the following Bell MTS equipment return locations:..."
All went smooth, now my son just cancelled TODAY, one day later and was told NOT to return the equipment and they were sending out a box to be returned via Canada Post... has anyone heard of this procedure???
