There can be several reason Wifi isn't working, it's a very tricky technology. Some questions to ask yourself, is the wireless network showing at all when you try to connect? Are all wireless devices in the home affected? Has anything changed or moved recently? These questions will help lead to the answer however technical support would have to investigate the account itself to be most effective. If you are having troubles reaching technical support by phone, as I know they can get quite busy sometimes, there is also webchat if you have a hardwired connection that is still working. Go to mts.ca/support and click on the "Chat Now" box that pops up on the right side. They are quite effective and can sometimes be quicker than support over the phone.
