Complaint about mts store staff

I have 1 of the basic LG flip phones with the pay as you go. Anyway, I needed to get a new phone, same one and I went to the Bellmts store at Polo park. The guy who was there to help me out said there were none in stock. He also said he was not able to call other stores to see if they had any in stock. I noticed that there were 2 display phones over by the door and asked if I could buy 1 of them. He said no because they were locked in. Now, my question is why wouldnèt he have a key to unlock them. I ended up going all the way down Portage to Westwood where the staff were very helpful and friendly and got me my new phone and transferred all my info from my old phone. The staff at the Polo park location seem to be really lazy and not wanting to be there. If thats the case get another job but customers shouldht have to suffer because you dont like your job.

Not sure the exact case at Polo Park. But often the display units are basically cases without electronics and don't function as a phone.

To my knowledge, a forum is not intended for one on one customer support. There is phone, direct message and email for that. Forums are by definition a public place for debate. Most forums have employees simply moderating the discussion. The fact that Bell MTS employees go on here periodically and add their expertise and assistance is wonderful and should be applauded but, in my opinion, not expected.

What does this have to do with my complaint? i was complaining about the staff in the stores at Polo park. This can also be a place to vent. I wasn't looking for customer support on here. Sorry if you misunderstood.

You do realize Bell MTS doesn't operate those stores but licenses their name to dealers who run the stores, right?

Which Polo Park location as there are two stores there, one by Sears and one by the Bay?  Did you check the other store to see if they had what you wanted before going out to Westwood?

Yes, we checked both locations at Polo Park. One didnèt even sell the phone I was looking for.
