Hi I am interested in know what all these numbers mean, Maybe Graham?

The important ones for LTE are the RSRP and the RSRQ, RSRP is the raw signal level of the cell you're attached to and the RSRQ is the quality of the signal, basically signal/noise. Most of the rest are just identifying what carrier, paging zone, and network cell you're attached to.

-116 and -8 is pretty good, the best you're ever going to see even if you're standing right next to an antenna is about -80 and -4.

LTE will work down to approx -120ish RSRP and -15ish RSRQ. So that gives you an idea of the range. The values are approximate as they are constantly being tuned to give the best tradeoff between speed and load.

No problem, love talking about the tech. Just for reference, -120 dbm is a signal level of 0.000000000001 of a milliwatt. For comparison a wifi access point output a signal of 250 milliwatts. It's amazing how sensitive they have made these devices and the neat encoding algorithms they use.

If you want to learn something neat about LTE check out the OFDM encoding algorithm it uses, I was pretty impressed by it.
