I don't understand why the problem has been marked "solved" when the MyAccount page is clearly still not working.

jrekrut, I will try to get you an answer.

I'm very sorry for the problem.  Sportsnet on MTS TV has always been an optional channel for customers.  (We offer more choice in packaging than almost any other distributor in Canada.)  Since learning on Monday that Round 1 of the playoffs would be on Sportsnet, we've been doing our best to get the message out so that our customers who would like to see the games would have enough time to subscribe to Sportsnet.  Many people signed up over the past few days, but there was a crunch that started around 8pm tonight and overwhelmed the systems.  This despite having many staff working tonight.  Again, I'm very sorry.
