Can't send/respond to email on my ipad

I had recently had an issue with mymts email, called into customer service and was told I needed to text a number to get a new code so I can have access to my email. I did so, changed everything on my iPad and ever since then, I can receive emails but not resond or send one. I am very frustrated, any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

Hi Juniper,

I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you are having with your iPad.  There are several things that could be occurring here to cause this problem.  The first thing I would suggest is logging into your email account online at live.mymts.net and verify you can send from there.  Occasionally there will be additional validation required for external devices to send mail however receiving mail will continue to work.  The account may also be blocked in some way, this can also be confirmed by logging into the account online.  If this is all successful and you are still unable to send from your iPad then it could be a setting that may need to be adjusted.  As Kenneth mentioned our Technical Support group is available 24/7 and they can help you look into these settings.  Failing both of these options apple support would also be able to help you look into the iPad specific settings that may be beyond the support that we can provide.
