Can't receive MMS on a Galaxy S6, not even when it is just a mass text sent

My Galaxy S6 won't download a MMS message even if it is not a picture and just a message sent to multiple people.  I can send pictures via text messages, but nothing except a continuous downloading message appears when an MMS message is received.  Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem?

Hey Gary,

One thing you can try is to remove the MMS proxy.

Settings -> Connections -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names -> sp.mts

In the settings for sp.mts, tap the MMS proxy field and simply erase everything in it. Then  save/back out of there. I noticed in some recent testing related to service improvement we are working on that this setting made my service work better, so I'd suggest giving that a try. It won't have a negative impact either way, so no need to rollback any settings if it doesn't work any different, but I think it should help.

Just so you are aware: We are working very hard to improve this service and are in the process of certifying upgrades in our core network which should help out a lot as a long term solution.
