I just did a quick Google search and 3 beeps call failed appears to be a common Apple problem
Apparently the top 3 fixes are
1) turn phone off at least once daily to clear memory cache space
2) reduce the number of apps running to free memory
3) put your phone into airplane mode and out right away to try and get a new network connection.

As well you could be in a dead area where your phone is not able to connect.

Hope one of the fixes helps

Hi Amanda
I have to keep my phone working in and out of Manitoba. I travel constantly and issues will trouble me before most. I'm glad the employee was so good! Who knows this stuff , anyways?! Tyler deserves a little something from the " management on this one for sure. If your reading this

Love it! These are interesting times to work in technical support because things are happening they've never seen before, I think. I'm betting Tennille or one of the online support reps will see this and track down Tyler and his manager. As a past employee it warms my heart to see someone take time to write about the good stuff. Thanks Ernie!

That employee did know his stuff, Kyle got it right the first try and even explained what the problem and the solution was, give that employee an iPhone 8 already!
