Hey Minky, A couple questions about your email setup to try and see what the issue might be. 1. Has your email address been migrated over to our new MTS mail system? 2. Is your email setup with IMAP or POP settings? 3. Do you have any other email address' setup on the phone that do work? 4. Do you get any errors when you go into the settings and try to validate/verify the server names?
These questions can help figure out what the problem is, or at least point us in the right direction.
