My internet service plan is.
maybe a month ago I noticed my internet speed is little slower than usual, so I did speed test by ookla. and It was 7~10Mbps. (both
wired and wifi). my modem wifi was off (just wifi off not bridge mode) and Lan1 connect to AE wan with CAT5e cable.
and here are what I tried
turn off wifi on AE and connect my macbook air with cable to AE - no luck.
soft reset, hard reset and factory reset on both AE and modem -no luck
turn off all my devices and connect one by one - no luck
put the modem into bridge mode and use AE DHCP and NAT mode - no luck
changed to modem Lan port2,3,4 - no luck
changed cable - no luck
plug out cable from AE and plug into my macbook air - full speed
turn on the wifi on modem and connect - full speed
at least that's what I thought... but, I brought my AE to my friend's house who with shaw internet service and
guess what? My AE has no problem with them at all
I have been searching to solve this problem for a month,
but now I can't help but just blame MTS...
is there anything I should try?
