call answer and call display issues

Call Answer.  We are constantly missing messages with our call answer or it takes up to three days to show up in our mailbox.  Also when I need to repeat a message, it is replayed in slow motion.  Why is this happening?  Call Display.  We pay a lot for this service but only get number display.  When I subscribed with TELUS, there were two different rates.  One for number only and another for name and number.  If you don't have that available in our area then we should be getting a discounted price for only getting number call display.
