Your bill should show the same thing as far as I am aware so you should only have a net cost for 2 of them.

To be honest I don't know if they were available on the current Ultimate system as I never checked after I upgraded.

Debbie your MTS TV Bill is likely:
Basic $45 - includes the first stb
Additional STB: $3 x 2 = $6.
PVR $6
Channel packages as priced individually.
If you stripped out all the optional channels you are likely looking at a minimal monthly cost $57/month.
As billing is so highly account specific it is always recommended you get in touch with MTS directly. You can either call 204-CALL-MTS (204-225-5687) or email community@mts.ca if email they ask you include your home phone number or account number.
PS: I know the cost of basic and the hardware seems high as I have been looking at that myself. Currently you cannot use Started ($28/month) with the MyBundle discount.
I should add that while it might make cord cutting seem attractive when pricing it all out you don't really seem to end up all that much ahead.-

Basic ($42 + one STB $3) = Current price $45
As billed:
Basic $42
Hardware costs (3 STB x $3 + PVR @ $6)
Optional channels: $8.
It would seem the bill is likely correct.

PS, I've been with MTS for over 30 years so even more reason to look for a break :-)

One thing to keep in mind is MTS offers a self-serve tool to change your optional theme groups. If you aren't watching long running weekly or daily shows such as something on say CNN you might be able to careful review what your household is watching and more tightly manage your optional channels. Some channels, such as TMN, do have a 30 day minimum though.
I know we did a similar review and found we could drop a lot of theme groups. At the moment we are actually at one theme group and the basic service.
