Booster problem or MTS problem

I've had a Wilson Booster for 21/2 years. Worked great for 2 years, now we can hardly connect at any time of day. Wilson did send us a new directional antennae but still same problems. Can't connect or if we do it lasts for a few minutes and then the signal is gone. Our 2 neighbours are having the same problem. Is MTS cutting back on their signal? Anyone else out there withBooster problems?

Hi Joyce,
It seems coverage in that area is spotty at best so it may be difficult to find a consistent signal to begin with. However the best way to determine if the cell signal or your booster is the culprit is as Lance mentioned, test with your cellphone itself.  Turn off the booster and see if you can get a decent, consistent signal anywhere in your home.  If you can then there is the spot for your booster and it may just need to be adjusted, if not then it could be the signal from the tower having troubles which can be attributed to the season.  Increased population in cottages and campgrounds, foliage and things like that.
