Bogus email! What kind of trouble did I unleash?

Did anyone accidently click on this bogus email directive? From: Bell MTS Admin® [] Sent: July 9, 2017 8:13 AM Subject: Important MTS Message for e-MAIL Holders; Please be informed that MTS Admin Center is closing all unused accounts because of the congestion in our Mail server. If you still want to use your E-mail OR Product Service, confirm your account active. You are required to CLICK the Link Below and fill your details. CLICK HERE TO UPDATE Thank you for your understanding. © Bell Canada, 2017. All rights reserved. What kind of trouble did I unleash?

1. Update your virus scanner.
2. Run a full scan.
3. Change every password, ideally from a different computer.
