Bill is to big!!!!

My wife have received bill for 826CAD!!! But she didn't call anyone. It's possible,receive so big bill only for incoming calls from me?

If your wireless is on your BellMTS bill and you travelled and used the phone that could explain it. The BrllMTS combined bill as a per service section that could.narrow down where the high charge came from.

The other possibility is you cancelled tv service and have yet to return the equipment.

That phone use my wife,and she didn't move from Manitoba. I call she from US,but with another Bell phone. On the other device i have unlimited Can Us.

I have heard that some Canadian wireless plans now charge airtime for incoming long distance calls. It's highly plan specific Nd something best to check by email or phone call. Hopefully a customer care employe is by soon to give you their email address.

Incoming?! What about random calls or spoofed long distance numbers? I thought most carriers had moved to unlimited Canada wide (or North American?) calling? Unbelievable...

JG: The current BellMTS base plan starts with 200 prime time Manitoba minutes. If you want unlimited Manitoba its $5 more and unlimited Canada is $10 over the base price.

The plan I am still on only started with 100 prime time minutes (200 was an upcharge so things have improved.

JG I don't understand it but was asked about it from someone in person not too long ago so it's definitely in market somewhere in Canada now.

Cliff: valid point, if the receive doesn't have unlimited talk they could be exceeding their airtime included in the plan.

End of the day this is so highly plan specific Kosianchuk is going to need to talk with customer service or billing.

BellMTS billing department is open Tuesday from 8-6 they are regularly open Monday to Friday 8-6 and via web chat on www.BellMTS.ca/contactus that is the best channel to get help fast.
