BellMTS is charging me for calling toll free number. It has happened after I got first bill on Jan.21. I've called them and they just adjusted the bill and told me there were a glitch. Now I've got new bill with $32 extra charge. They are telling me that is because I called 877 number which is my alarm company toll free number and was free for years. I have unlimited plan but even if I hadn't there should be no charge for a toll free numbers no matter what. Besides, there is no message played about extra charges when you call that number. So there is no way to know if you get $1000 bill in the end of the month.
