Bell MTS double posts. They are billing me twice and after several calls to resolve it they are not able to.

Fed up with trying to resolve this over the phone. They are taking a payment from us but they do not see it.

You don't mention if you have talked with your financial institution as they are the ones who actually take the money out of the accounts?  They may be having problems with their pre-authorized debit system causing multiple withdrawals  and lack of credit to BellMTS of those extra withdrawals.

Yes, we talked to the the financial institution and the pre-authorized debit is being initiated by Bell MTS. Bell MTS is requesting the funds twice. The financial institution gave us the VISA TID (Transaction ID) and authorization # to prove that the transaction went through the system and was approved, so you should have the funds. We can even show you the Visa statement with the Bell MTS as the merchant receiving the funds, but you say that you didn't get the funds. So who's bill are we paying??.  We have 2 accounts with Bell MTS (not sure why?) and it has been going on for months, so we put a block on the card on one of the accounts to prevent you from billing us twice. But now you are saying that we owe you money and on top of that put a $30 late fee.  which you now reversed after we called. We paid one of the amounts requested twice by Bell MTS. And we should be only paying one of the amounts only and not twice! - If you need more information from us we would be more than happy to provide it.
