This has been going on for the last year. No problems for the first 9 years living out here. I had 3 - 5 MBPS service for years, and for 6 weeks from Nov into Dec 2014 ran at 5 MBPS absolutely perfect. Then all of a sudden internet connection problems. They say they speed is unstable we throttled it back to a 3 MBPS account for better Stability. I have been told change modem, DONE, we will send people, DONE, We will have our Tech guys and Line guys run tests. DONE. Called again checked my profile to make sure settings were set correctly. DONE Well I still have EXTREMELY inconsistent speeds as slow as 1 MBPS on a regular basis. MTS says there nothing we can do. There fix we will discount your bill. That doesn't fix anything. I call BS, there has be something that can be done. How can internet be fine for 9 years and then all of a sudden major problems. Seriously Pissed customer of almost 20 years with MTS. I don't know if i will make it to be a 20 year customer if this service keeps up.
