Am i the only one who thinks 40 minute+ hold times are ridiculous for a multi hundred million dollar company?

I cant be the only one who has had to sit on hold for long periods (typically 45-60 minutes) to get through to mts support? How is this acceptable? I get having peak times and high traffic but come on, currently its a tuesday afternoon with excellent weather and the wait time is still extremely long.

This has always been a problem for mts and despite having such a large profit they cannot meet the needs of their customers.

I think you guys should always have the call back service enabled not just during peak times. If its going to be more than 5 minutes it should be a call back. Then i can go about my buisness until im phoned back, not sitting in my car listening to some of the most staticy bad elevator music that they play (seriously it sounds like you guys recorded the music in a typhoon wtf). I know this wont change anything. I always trt to defend mts against shaw but now that shaw has unlimited data... they kind of have the upperhand now.

Agreed. I've called MTS before and the call back time was over 1 hour long. Anytime I call Rogers I get though within a few mins. Or Shaw usually never is longer then 10 mins.
