Hold times are something we are very aware of and we are certainly trying to take steps to reduce it as much as possible. Between the increased call volume from email migration to the weather generating extra calls the wait time have been high lately. These volumes actually affect all areas as well but mostly in technical support. We always try to staff accordingly but sometimes we just miss the boat on our forecasts. I can assure you though we are aware of the wait time and are doing our best to bolster our ranks and get more bodies to answer those calls as well as streamline some processes to help calls get resolved quicker. Customer service is a huge focus for us and we do not take it lightly. Hopefully as time goes on our plans will start to shine through and those wait times should melt away.
