All MTS representatives are unproductive in Bangalore chat centre.

Whenever a chat is initiated, all the representatives, I have chatted with will always be in a hurry to end the chat rather than understanding the asked question and replying to it correctly.
Every time they reply the other way (not at all related to the asked question) not to the point.
When asked for a supervisor, the representative says there is no supervisor at all in chat service and provides a number to be called.
When called they do the same thing and provide another number which is inaccessible.

To the most disappointment, there is no proper connectivity it is less than(800Kbps to max of 1Mbps always) when MTS promises 9.8Mps

The most worst service offered in Bangalore.

The chat service is utter useless.
Please remove it.
