hi, i just paid my phone bill on thursday online, and i was trying to pay but i kept saying "it is not authorize" on my phone. so I gave up paying on my phone and start trying to pay on my computer and it finally worked. But i had a multiple messages from my card company that says i paid my phone bill mutiple times. So I apparently paid 3 times for this one bill. Can you repay me if I send you a card pay history? I got mail from my card company that shows I paid 3 times.

Process is no different than if any other merchant double bills you by mistake.

CallĀ  MTS customer service dept (204-225-5687) on Monday with your MTS account number and they should be able to reverse the billing payments in error.

If worse comes to worse the credit card company can put a stop on the extra payments, but its easier to talk to MTS first.
