Should be 204-call-mts (204-225-5687) and select the option you want.

Some areas have shorter hours as listed on this link

When I call I get the same thing "our office is now closed " I guess unless I have an issue during office hours I'm SOL?

Just wondering at  what step did you get the closed message at? 

I just tried dialing in (22:55) and going through the menu I did get to the point where it started to transfer over  to a tech rep but I hung up as soon as it started to ring.

After it rings, it will tell you the office hours are closed

Clifford's answer is the right path - if you chose the technical support option you should always reach someone. 24/7, 365 days a year.

Ive tried numerous times today to get through to the 24/7 tech support, all it does is say the office hours are now closed. No matter which prompts i press, its the same answer. It is bs. This type of customer service is a joke. Dont advertise a 24/7 tech support line that is closed on evening and weekends

Hi Damian,
I apologize that you weren't able to get through to tech support. Can you confirm which number you were calling? Technical Support is open 24/7, 365 days a year.

I tried 611, aswell as 2255687, the only numbers listed. I even tried the 1800 number, and called a store. After going through the prompts numerous times to get through to tech support, it tells me the office hours are closed. Something is not right with this service, it should not be that difficult. I am beyond annoyed. Something needs fixing.

Its still happening. The problem hasnt been resolved. Its ridiculous already. Someone needs to deal with this ASAP. Shaw doesnt have this problem

Did you zero out of any prompts?  I find if you don't enter your account number or phone number it will auto-transfer you to the sales department which isn't open late in the evening.  If you are still having troubles calling you can always use the web chat feature to reach a tech support rep.
