"selected network (MTS) unavailable"

I got the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in April and i loved this phone but it randomly drops from the network and I'm unable to use data, send or receive messages or even make a phone call. I had dealt with tech support and I've gotten nowhere.

My settings were changed, SIM card replaced multiple times, full resets of the networks and my phone, etc etc etc and nothing.

Sent it in for repair and it came back with "no issues." Duh. When you only work on it for an hour and it RANDOMLY drops, the chances of it happening while in repair are slim. Tried it anyway and it actually got worse.

Went in multiple times since, nothing works. Finally they tell me they're escalating to Samsung. Have another loaner phone and now it's happening with this one. I've been disconnected and unable to reconnect for hours.

It's not just happening in my house, it's everywhere in and out of winnipeg so it's clearly not an issue of my house being out of the coverage area.

I'm so flipping frustrated right now i want to throw this phone at the concrete alley and drive over it repeatedly.

No one at mts is helping me so I'm left basically without a phone. My husband thought my 5 month old baby and I got in an accident on the way home yesterday because my phones don't effin work.

What the H do i do. Honestly I'm so fed up.
